Im thinking of a prime Rib this weekend,I was looking up different cuts and learned the Prime Rib does not mean its a prime cut of meat. its a primal section of the cut. Not the rating!!! Something I just wanted to pass on and get your thoughts.

That's interesting. I have to admit that I stay clear of prime rib (when I'm ordering out). I am just not a fan. I never knew that was the meaning of prime rib.
I've never grilled it before either. What's the difference in the way you handle this versus other cuts of beef?

Hi Pat, You have to cook prime rib at 350 and I bring internal temp to around 118 then I let it sit a bit.
