Playoff weekend - what's on the grill

I've got a bunch of buddies coming over to watch the games this weekend. We are grilling steaks (NY Strip), shrimp, chicken (beer can) and brats. Of course the ladies have a bunch of snacks and sides. Anyone else celebrating playoffs by throwing some good grub on the grill?

Sounds delicious! We are headed out later to a friend's house to watch the Bills. I can only hope they are grilling but I think it's all finger foods!

How did it turn out Rich? I don't have a Green Egg. I have smoked pork many times. I'm always changing up the rub.

Beer can chicken is a whole chicken with an open can of beer in the middle. It's delicious! The beer makes it pretty moist.

I love beer can chicken! It's so tender and also so easy to make. All you need is beer, salt, pepper, olive oil and some herbs.

Rich, that pork looks delicious!
