Using Honey

I am not an experienced griller, although I really enjoy it. I was wondering how you guys use honey when grilling? I love the taste of honey with pretty much any type of meat, but in my experience, it always ends up dripping (obviously) and getting burned. How do you suggest glazing with honey?

That is a great question! I don't use honey on the grill (for that reason alone). It's a mess when it drips, a ton of smoke and a big clean-up. I'm interested in seeing people's tricks too.

I have never used honey on the grill, and I can imagine it being a huge mess. It sounds so sticky and wouldn't want to clean that up :ROFLMAO:
