I don't think it was the best cook ever.
Approximate Time > 2.5 hours
Needs to be better.I used Pecan wood ( 3 pieces ) Im not a big fan of Pecan compared to Apple.

I've never used the big egg cooker, but I've heard good things about it. Do you think it handles cuts of beef better than it does chicken, or was this simply just about using a different wood chip? I think your meal looks delicious. The chicken looks tender and juicy.

I love the combination of butter and garlic, I would have used fresh parsley instead of rosemary, although I like rosemary too. Your chicken looks yummy though!

That makes two of us! Garlic is so fragrant and adds an amazing flavor to pretty much anything! I have also been accused of using "too much" garlic 🤣

Looks amazing! I also don't care for the pecan wood. I just don't care for the flavor or smell (as it is smoking).
Did you also grill or smoke the corn on the cob?
