Beef Brisket ( 17 lb )

I decided to make a brisket for some friends. It came out pretty good. I didn't spray it every few hours like I normally do, and I used Himalayan salt and coffee. I think it was a hit!

I must confess... and I am sure people are going to be all over this :ROFLMAO: but I am not a big fan of brisket. I make a great brisket and my friends and family love it, but I just can't seem to enjoy this cut of meat. Am I the only one?

Oh, that brisket looks good! The meat looks so tender. I don't remember the last time I had brisket, I really miss it.

@PorkChop, I know a couple of people who don't like it either; you're not the only one LOL.
